Lake Country School's curriculum is primarily based on the WI Academic Standards.  In English Language Arts, a Reading/Writing Workshop approach is used in grades 5K - 6th along with the Units of Study in Reading and Writing.  In grades 5K - 2, teachers also implement the Units of Study in Phonics.   In Mathematics, grades 4K - 6th grade use Everyday Mathematics as their primary resource, supplementing as necessary with additional curricular resources.  In grades 7 & 8, Savvas Realize is our primary math curriculum resource.
